What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Participate actively in the triage process, assessing issues reported by the community and internal teams
Develop and execute manual smoke and usability tests, documenting results and collaborating with developers
Design and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to testing frameworks and identify QA process improvements
Generate test reports and effectively communicate progress to cross-functional teams
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, including test automation
Strong proficiency in designing and executing manual smoke tests and usability tests
Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using JavaScript-based testing frameworks
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration with automated tests
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong customer focus and ability to understand user perspectives
Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English
Curiosity about problem-solving for customers and a proactive approach to work
