What I’m Looking For: • Someone who understands how to maximize small spaces without cluttering them. • Experience with modern, masculine, and clean design styles, while incorporating warmth through natural tones, wood, and textures. • Ability to create practical layouts (I’d like a flexible kitchen island/dining/workspace, efficient storage, and comfortable living + working zones). • A polished, high-end look that’s not flashy or cold — something timeless but personal. The Vibe I Want: • Modern + masculine + athletic energy (sleek and functional). • Warm materials and earthy tones (think oak, walnut, linen, matte finishes). • Clean lines, open flow, and layered textures. • A lived-in feel — curated but not showroom-perfect. Deliverables: • Mood board(s) with color palette, furniture, and décor suggestions. • 2D/3D renderings of the apartment design (preferred). • A shopping list with recommended furniture, lighting, and accessories (budget-conscious but stylish options).
