Interior Designer

Aria Group is a collaborative, design-driven firm seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join their team. The role involves contributing to creative concepts and technical development of projects in the restaurant, hospitality, and entertainment space, while collaborating with the design team on various phases of project execution.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in both the creative and technical development of projects from concept through constructionCollaborate with the design team to translate project vision into renderings, presentations, and detailed documentationAssist with concept research, floor planning, and space massing while contributing to design features and construction detailsSupport the preparation of design, bid, and construction documents with a strong focus on precision in drafting and Revit modelingResearch and evaluate materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)Contribute to functional and code-compliant space planningAssist with shop drawing and RFI reviews during constructionActively participate in design problem-solvingMaintain clear communication with team membersFollow Aria Group’s established processesBuild a multidisciplinary skill set and expand knowledge of materials, building systems, life safety, ADA compliance, and current design trendsSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design1-3 years of experience in an architecture or design firmStrong design sensibility and attention to detailA collaborative mindset and eagerness to growProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment design is a plusExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft OfficeBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance optionsPaid time off, paid holidays and volunteer time offRetirement plan options, including employer matchHybrid schedule with up to 2 days working remote per weekProfessional development and continuing education supportAdditional benefits consistent with the roleCompany OverviewAria Group is a full-service hospitality design firm that brings personality-rich spaces to life with an innate sense of welcome.
