Intellectual Property (IP) Lawyer Needed to Review Competing Patent (Snack Tray Design)
My consumer products company is designing snack trays for college football fans to use at tailgating and house parties during the football season.
Our goal is to design snack trays in the shape of iconic football stadiums of the NCAA's most notable teams that will hold chips, pretzels, cookies, etc.
Construction will be from thin, yet sturdy cardboard, and will have team graphics and stadium related visual design printed on the tray.
We've developed a construction methodology that we feel can be applied to various stadium shapes, and we have a working prototype for one such stadium shape (see attached video for reference).
While conducting business research we came across the company (https://mysnackstadium.com/) with a similar product. This company also holds US Patent WO2026029921A1 (https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2026029921A1)
I'm seeking an US IP lawyer with experience in patent law for review and council on whether our construction methodology and prototype infringes on the existing patent.
For this project I'd like the selected lawyer to review the existing patent and compare with my construction methodology and related prototype, and then connect for a 20-30 minute call where we review your findings and discuss any subsequent questions arising from your findings & recommendations.
