IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
You will author and review, and negotiate a variety of technology related agreements. These commercial agreements will pertain to leveraging, acquiring, servicing, licensing, developing, manufacturing, distributing, or selling assets in a pertaining to variety of technologies and industry sectors.
There will also be the opportunity to work in other areas pertaining to coprorate legal matters, as this is a culture that fosters cross-functional team work.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 2 to 6 years of experience at a well-respected law firm or in-house department with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, inclusive of complex technology agreements
• JD, State Bar
• Experience counseling on applicable laws and risk mitigation strategies; balancing business objectives and legal risks
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate well with cross functional teams
