Patent Litigator Requirements:
• 2-5 years of IP litigation experience, with an emphasis on patent cases
• Minimum BS from a STEM curriculum (i.e., patent bar eligibility)
• JD, MA state bar
• USPTO registration preferred
• Stable work history
• Excellent academic credentials
