Intellectual Property Attorney - Minimum 2 years' patent prosecution
Pay: From $120,000.00 per year Job description: Emerson Thomson Bennett is a medium-sized intellectual property boutique in Northeast Ohio that specializes in intellectual property prosecution and litigation. We are seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney for our growing IP prosecution and litigation practice. All candidates must have passed the patent bar and have at least two years' experience in drafting/prosecuting patent applications and litigation. Undergraduate degree in physics, mechanical, or electrical engineering preferred. Litigation experience a plus but not required. Knowledge of trademarks and copyrights is a plus, but not required. Existing book of business a plus, but not required. The right candidate will enjoy a variety of intellectual property work in all IP areas.
