The impact of this work is substantial, with the potential to affect billions of people who use our products.Integrity Solutions Engineering Manager ResponsibilitiesSupport a team of solutions engineers who discover, and respond to regulatory requirementsProvide technical direction and guidance within the domain to team membersInfluence and align the organization’s vision and strategy, while engaging your team to develop and deliver specific roadmaps and projectsEnsure prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery of this work within a changing business environmentCoach, mentor, support, and care for the teams to enable long-term career development and success at scaleTrack operational metrics, key performance indicators, and team health to drive team performanceBuild, cultivate, and maintain productive relationships with internal partners to identify and facilitate solutions to increase the impact of the team’s workMinimum QualificationsBA/BS or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience8+ years of work experience, including hands-on technical management, experience leading global security/investigative teams, and proven contribution at both strategic and operational levels3+ years experience of people management and organizational leadershipExperience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, legal, policy, and public affairsExperience working with broad communities and global teamsExperience in functional or scripting language (JavaScript, PHP, Python, OCaml, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in crisis management or incident response environmentsExperience interpreting and applying compliance and regulatory policiesExperience querying large data sets and SQL For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
