Do you get satisfaction from building an elegant integration that saves a team hours of manual work every week?We're looking for an Integrations Specialist to design, build, and maintain the internal tools and system integrations that power Digital Resource's marketing operations. You'll work directly with our cross-functional teams — ads, social, creative, and operations — to translate real business problems into scalable technical solutions.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. The tools you build will be used daily across the company, and you'll have real ownership over the systems that keep us running.What You'll DoBuild & IntegrateDevelop and maintain internal web applications, automation scripts, and microservices that improve how our teams workBuild and manage integrations with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Basecamp, CRMs, and other marketing and operational systemsArchitect and maintain APIs, authentication flows (OAuth2, webhooks), and secure internal data-sharing processesInfrastructure & ReliabilityDeploy and maintain applications on Google Cloud (VMs, serverless services, storage)Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability, security, and uptimeImplement CI/CD best practices and support containerized deployments where applicableCollaborate & DocumentWork closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clean technical solutionsProduce clear documentation: system diagrams, technical specs, and SOPsBe a reliable technical partner across departments — not just a developer who disappears after shippingWhat We're Looking ForRequired:2+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software developmentProficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) or PythonStrong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and webhook-based integrationsHands-on experience deploying applications on Google Cloud (VM setup, serverless, storage)Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases and solid data-modeling fundamentalsBasic understanding of web analytics and event-tracking conceptsA portfolio, GitHub profile, or coding samples that demonstrate your workBonus Points For:Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or FirebaseUnderstanding of marketing data structures, attribution, or performance reportingCRM integration experience (journey workflows, lifecycle reporting)Experience building internal tools or workflow automations (Zapier, Make, custom scripts)Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD workflows, or containerized deploymentsPrior experience working with a marketing or digital agencyWhat We Offer💻 100% remote — work from anywhere💰 Competitive salary with clear advancement opportunities🛠️ Real ownership — you'll build tools used by the entire company, not just maintain someone else's code📈 Continuous learning and professional development support🤝 A collaborative team that respects technical expertise and values your input🚀 The chance to grow with a fast-scaling U.S. digital agency[Add specifics: equipment stipend, paid time off, health benefits, etc.]How to ApplySubmit your resume along with a link to your GitHub profile or portfolio.
