Working closely with solution architects and programme leadership, you will support customers in defining integration strategies that align with their overall transformation objectives. You will then lead the execution of those strategies, ensuring integrations are secure, performant, scalable, and aligned to both Oracle and enterprise best practices. This is a senior technical role where you will be expected to remain hands-on while also providing strong leadership, governance, and direction to integration delivery teams. You will be a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, able to articulate complex integration concepts clearly and guide decision making across technical and functional teams. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the successful and timely delivery of Oracle Cloud integration solutions, often within complex and global programme environments. This includes leading integration teams through design, build, test, deployment, and support phases. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end ownership of Oracle Cloud integration architecture across SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise systems. Handson design and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , including orchestration, transformations, error handling, and monitoring. Definition and execution of integration strategies, including the selection of appropriate patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and batch-based). Establishing integration standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with enterprise architecture and Oracle recommendations. Design and implementation of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Oracle adapters, FBDI, BI Publisher extracts, and Fusion inbound/outbound interfaces. Creation of detailed integration design specifications, including interface contracts, data mappings, error handling, security, and performance considerations. Leadership and mentoring of integration developers, fostering consistent quality and continuous improvement. Stakeholder management and communication, including leading integration design workshops and providing regular status updates. Proactive identification and mitigation of integration risks, dependencies, and technical challenges. Oversight of integration lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, CI/CD, and post go-live support. Ensuring compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, runbooks, and support guides. Candidates are expected to have experience across multiple integration technologies and approaches; however, depth in all areas is not mandatory. We value individuals with strong core expertise, leadership capability, and a willingness to adapt to evolving Oracle technologies. Key Deliverables Integration strategies, architecture blueprints, and delivery roadmaps. Detailed integration design and technical specification documents. Development and deployment of OIC integrations aligned to functional and technical requirements. Tested, secure, and performant integration solutions across Oracle Cloud and external systems. Integration trackers, dependency logs, and risk registers. Support and optimisation of existing integration landscapes. Adherence to documented standards, governance frameworks, and development best practices. Collaboration with Oracle Support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues. Qualifications Mandatory Skills & Experience 8–10+ years of technical experience delivering integrations for Oracle ERP and HCM implementations and upgrades. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in enterprise environments. Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with third-party and legacy systems. Deep understanding of REST and SOAP services, XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, and API based integration. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM business processes and underlying data structures. Proven experience leading integration workstreams within complex, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programmes. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams. Solid understanding of integration security, data governance, and compliance considerations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and functional stakeholders. Ability to work in fast paced delivery environments with competing priorities. Desirable / Beneficial Oracle certifications (OIC, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Applications). Experience with event driven and message-based integration architectures.
