Job Title: Integration Architect with Majesco exp
Location: Remote
Duration: 24 months plus
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with strong expertise in Majesco and CRM/Mulesoft platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader who can design, implement, and oversee complex integration solutions while managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of architectural vision and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Design and architect integration solutions involving Majesco and CRM/Mulesoft systems
ā¢ Lead end-to-end integration initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and roadmaps
ā¢ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including offshore resources
ā¢ Actively contribute to development when required (hands-on involvement)
ā¢ Ensure best practices in integration architecture, security, and data flow management
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
Required Skills & Experience:
ā¢ Strong experience working with Majesco platform
ā¢ Solid background in either
ā¢ CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) OR
ā¢ MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform, API design, integrations)
ā¢ Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design
ā¢ Experience in leading teams and handling offshore delivery models
ā¢ Hands-on development experience with integration technologies and APIs
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Prior experience working in insurance domain environments
ā¢ Experience in large-scale enterprise integrations
ā¢ Background working with global delivery teams
