They are seeking a dynamic Integrated Senior Planner to support media planning and campaign performance analysis for financial services clients.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day planning and stewardship of assigned client businessAssist in developing integrated media plan recommendations across tactical and custom activations aligned to client goalsAnalyze campaign performance and help develop insights, key takeaways, and optimization recommendationsSupport budget management, flowcharts, and campaign pacing to ensure accuracy and alignment with client objectivesDevelop RFPs and coordinate with media partners under the guidance of senior team membersMaintain visibility into active projects across planning, digital, and investment teamsSupport client communications by responding promptly and professionally to requestsAssist with project timelines and help coordinate cross-functional inputs to meet deadlinesSkills1.5–3 years of media planning and/or digital buying experience within a media agencyWorking knowledge of full-funnel, cross-channel media, including Digital (Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Content, Display), Print, TV/OTT, OOH, and AudioStrong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and report on KPIsFamiliarity with media tools such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick/DFA, Google Data Studio, Prisma, or similar platformsAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and media partnersClear written, verbal, and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative team player with a desire to learn and growProficiency in Microsoft Office with expertise in ExcelFinancial Services experience preferred but not requiredBenefitsHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Healthcare Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountVacation daysSick daysPersonal daysPaid parental leavePaid medical leaveSTD/LTD insurance benefitsCompany OverviewOmnicom Media, the media services division of Omnicom Group Inc., designs ecosystems for growth.
