Utilizes clinician’s state license to obtain orders for admissions when appropriate. Demonstrates strong organizational skills within a complex, fast-paced environment. • Completes work with accuracy and within assigned time frames. • Strong computer skills and adaptability to learn new systems and processes.• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Possesses understanding of payor information including coverage criteria. • Requires minimal supervision and is self-directed. • Adheres to company infection control and safety policies, including education, reporting, and practice implementation specific to job position. • Develops cooperation and collaborative work efforts that generally benefit all involved parties. • Demonstrates the initiative to meet the needs of the organization by assisting co-workers when workload permits.• Adheres to policies and procedures and is flexible to changes in duties and responsibilities. • Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Required: • Two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment. • Current, unencumbered Multistate License or licensure RN or LPN. • Reliable internet service and ability to work from home with minimal disruption to the workday. • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
