Insurance Virtual Assistant (EZLynx Experience Required)

We are a U.S.-based insurance agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on EZLynx experience to support our backend operations and data management.
This is a long-term, full-time role ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and keeping systems organized and accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update client and policy data in EZLynx
- Maintain clean and organized agency records
- Support internal workflows related to quoting and cross-selling
- Assist with CRM updates and process improvements
Required Experience
- Must have real, hands-on experience using EZLynx in a live insurance agency
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is preferred but not required
This is not an entry-level role.
