This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their underwriting skills while supporting the team in evaluating risks and assisting with the underwriting process. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bilingual (English and Spanish) Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience Available to work full time ( Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity This is a Property and Casualty Customer Service and Sales position which requires you to be comfortable writing Homeowners Insurance. Responsibilities Process new applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements. Verify and input policy information into administrative systems. Check policy forms and documents for accuracy before issuance. Handle documentation requests from underwriters, agents, and clients. Track policy statuses and ensure deadlines are met. Assist with billing, premium adjustments, and payment processing when needed. Maintain confidentiality of client and company information. Provide administrative support to the underwriting and policy servicing teams.
