This opportunity involves processing audio recordings of recorded statements, interviews related to homeowners claims, 911 calls, and more. Attention to detail in discerning audio content, alongside a strong command of grammar, is critical. The role requires editing AI-generated text into verbatim transcripts while adhering to specific style guides.
You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, supporting your work-life balance while receiving assistance from our in-office team when necessary. We offer work availability around the clock to accommodate various schedules, with preference given to those with weekend availability.
Skills Requirements
Excellent listening skills
Adherence to deadlines and client-specific style guides
Outstanding literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar
Ability to collaborate remotely
Typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy
Capability to pass a background check
Must be a US citizen (Note: This opportunity is currently not available to residents of Massachusetts, Illinois, or California)
Experience in transcribing and/or editing audio content to verbatim text
Technology Requirements
To effectively utilize our global, cutting-edge transcription technology, candidates should have:
A computer or laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM
Noise-canceling quality headphones (recommended)
