Insurance Service Coordinator
The Insurance Service Coordinator supports the sales department with checking new business applications for rating and information accuracy of P&C insurance policies in the Coppell, TX headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Ā Ensure that new business documentation is complete and obtained in a timely manner.
Ā Check compliance with established policy and organization guidelines through review of policy information, applications, systems, phone calls, or additional methods.
Ā Coordinate closely with management to ensure that these are adhered to.
Ā Coordinate closely with the agents to address new business rating and information errors and ensure that corrections are made prior to completing the policy in the system.
Ā Ensure that new business applications are tracked and forwarded to Underwriting in a timely manner. Provide support to the organization to assist members or insureds with inquires, membership/policy changes, roadside assistance or other areas as assigned.
Ā resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.
Qualifications:
Ā Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ā Provide legendary customer service and maintain retention
Ā Proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
Ā Flexible to work a shift between 7 am - 9 pm Monday - Friday
Ā High School diploma
Ā Obtain P&C License preferred but not required.
Training:
Ā 6-8 weeks of comprehensive insurance training
