Insurance Sales Agent, P&C (Remote)
We are an Online Agency and are looking for a fun driven, highly motivated and ambitious people to join us on our journey. This is a scripted sales role, fast paced, outbound lead dialing, competitive base salary, generous commission structure.
What are we looking for?
Expert in making outbound calls
Comfortable with high call volumes
Comfortable with using a script
Diligent record keeping of lead progression and outcomes in Salesforce CRM system
Fast & Efficient - Our business insurance quoting engine gives you an advantage over the competition - You will be able to quote, sell and issue a policy in as little as 10 minutes.
Responsible- You will be expected to actively manage your leads pipeline, by making outbound calls, scheduling callbacks and recording notes.
Quick learner & Open Minded Our insurance Carriers change and update guidelines for their products throughout, so we change and adapt with them through training/coaching/Feedback.
