Manage overall product portfolio and product life cycles for personal lines property products
Lead strategic product development initiatives and enhancements across various lines of business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Marketing, and Operations to drive product improvements
Develop and implement pricing structures and operational guidelines
Monitor product performance, identifying trends and recommending solutionsWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of progressive product management experience
Extensive knowledge of product and project management, underwriting, and strategic planning
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proficiency in business and technical writing, including proposals and presentationsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
3-5 years of experience in personal lines property product leadership
Demonstrated success in managing pet insurance products
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or Power BI
Active participation in employee resource groups or community service initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
