Uphold and embody the core values of the agency in all interactions. RequirementsMust have a active California license or the willingness to obtain within 30 days. Must be coachablePreferred experience but required working in an agency or brokerage environment.Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and strong ethical standards.Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening, with strong interpersonal abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bilingual (Spanish is a plus).
