Insurance Operations Property and Casualty Specialist - US Based Remote

Job Summary: The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the insurance agency as we execute on our growth strategy. This position involves managing & enhancing key agency platforms, managing various administrative and technical tasks, providing support to both internal teams and clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Core Agency Systems: Serve as a functional business owner for core agency technology/systems including but not limited to Agency Management System, Salesforce CRM and data/reporting platforms. Work collaboratively with internal & external partners in the continuing development, maintenance and enhancement of technology/system related platforms and functionality.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyze agency data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Maintain Carrier Appointments: Ensure all carrier appointments are up-to-date and address any administrative issues with insurance carriers.
• Oversee Staff Licensing and Requirements: Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing requirements for all agency staff including state specific requests, audit, etc.
• Other duties as assigned : Lead, participate in and/or support other requests as directed

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and databases.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
