We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.️ ⭐️ The Insurance Expert role in Spain ⭐️The role of an Insurance Expert at Alan is to:Monitor the business and the risks,Help the rest of the team understand the subtleties of healthcare and insurance.Being an Insurance Expert at Alan in Spain means:Being part of a small and talented team currently working on delivering the best experience to our membersRecent missions include:Defining the pricing and re-pricing strategy of the different productsImproving margin monitoringCollaborating with the Key Account Managers team to make sure they are equipped with the right tools to deliver the best experience to their customersAnalyzing the profitability of the portfolio and suggesting action pointsBeing part of an insurance community at the global level, with an impact on our organization, hiring and training across multiple countries.⭐️ Is it you we’re looking for? ⭐️You may be a great fit for the role if:You have at least 3+ years of experience in health insuranceYou are fluent in EnglishKnowledge of the trends from the sector, of the pricing/repricing business decisions and market practicesYou combine a quantitative background (statistics, actuarial sciences) with an experience in insurance products and businessYou are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, business and legal questions related to insuranceYou have a builder mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to scale and optimize processes and systemsYou are willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quoIt would be even better if:You are fluent in Spanish or willing to learn SpanishYou have experience coordinating with teams based in another countryYou have connections and a deep understanding of the Spanish health insurance market Perks & BenefitsAt Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees.
