The role involves litigating first-party property damage insurance claims, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing a diverse caseload. Responsibilities Conducting in-depth legal research Drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery Taking and defending depositions and examinations under oath Rendering insightful opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation Managing and prioritizing a diverse caseload while expertly handling complex matters Skills A demonstrated commitment to providing the highest quality client service Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency The ability to identify and resolve problems promptly A conscientious approach to work completion and deadlines Exceptional attention to detail Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar This is a remote work eligible position, as such, the incumbent must have the ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections Experience with general commercial litigation is a plus Benefits Health Dental Vision 401(k) with firm contribution Generous PTO Company Overview Bressler is a preeminent law firm that provides first-class full-service representation in more than two dozen practice areas.
