Insurance Customer Service Consultant
Our service connects truckers looking for insurance with the agencies that can help them, over the phone. You do not need an insurance license or insuance background for this position.
You do need:
• Great rapport building skills
• A heart that truly cares about helping people
• Be able to talk a lot :)
Work from home:
We have a two full-time position available to handle incoming phone calls and outgoing phone calls follow up with our customers.
The hours are:
• Position 1: 9:00am - 6:00pm M-F, with an hour for lunch.
• Position 2: 12:00pm - 9pm, M-Th + 10:00am - 7pm on Fridays, with an hour for lunch.
This can be done from home... you just need a quiet and distraction free space, fast internet and a computer or laptop.
What we do
We help truckers shop and compare quotes for their insurance. We do not write the insurance policies ourselves, but rather help connect our truckers with different insurance providers so they can get comparison quote.
We do not steer our truckers to any particular outcome. Our strong belief is that if they have actual choices to compare, that they will be able save money. So we try to make it easy for them to get and compare choices.
We strive to provide a world-class experience for our truckers. We are pleasant and maintain a positive attitude with our team and all of our client communications.

• Did we mention... Be able to talk a lot :) We talk to truckers all day long, so this does require talking stamina and the ability to refresh after each call and be present and focused for each trucker.
