About the position
PFS Insurance Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative-Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insurance sales and service to our customers. You will assist commercial account managers with various tasks, including completing insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers. Additionally, you will issue auto ID cards, endorsements, and prepare pre-renewal summaries. Your responsibilities will also include preparing, collecting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as inputting data and maintaining accounts on our agency management system. You will process insurance claims and loss notices, assist with renewals, and perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager. Regular and reliable attendance is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Responsibilities
Assists commercial account managers with a variety of duties.

Completes insurance proposals and quotes for agents and producers.

Issues auto ID cards, endorsements, and prepares pre-renewal summaries.

Prepares, collects, and distributes incoming & outgoing mail.

Inputs data and maintains accounts on the agency management system.

Processes insurance claims and loss notices.

Prepares and assists with renewals.

Regular and reliable attendance.
,
Assists with other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
,
Proper insurance licenses.
,
Knowledge of insurance products and services.
,
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Epic Software.
Nice-to-haves
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

Ability to multi-task, and function as a team player.

Ability to work with accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Ability to operate various office machines including switchboard, adding machine, copy machine, etc.
