About your role:
This person will act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams and provide work from home customer service. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets, and to serve in the capacity of work from home sales opportunities.
This is a commission paid role, meaning your compensation is based on performance. While there is not the "safety net" that comes with a base salary, this also means you have the opportunity to earn more than what is offered by the vast majority of J-O-B-S.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone call or text. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.
Manage current accounts Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients.
Customer support Work from home customer service, answer calls and emails from clients, identify the issue and make suggestions for future or new products or services.
Team building - In addition to these work from home insurance jobs comes the option, should you choose, to build teams to work from home online jobs, in response to the demand in the field for our services. Leadership training is available through multiple channels.
