Insurance Agent/Specialist

We're looking for a motivated, quick worker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of room for growth and development. Looking to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, emails and texts, assisting current policyholders, quoting and guiding new clients through their insurance needs.
Assist in facilitating new business for the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance solutions for their needs.
No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Focus is on servicing existing accounts and supporting new business growth.
Complete work accurately and quickly.
Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required to apply.
Willingness to obtain your insurance license if you don't currently hold one (company will support you in this process)
Strong typing and computer skills are essential.
Problem Solver.
Quick Worker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, client-first attitude.
Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and comfortable working independently.
Exceptional attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate policy management and customer satisfaction.
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
