Prelude is seeking a part-time Instructor to support high school internship programs, focusing on hybrid instruction for St. Louis-based cohorts. The role involves leading an Intern Seminar course that equips students with professional skills while providing support throughout their internship experiences.ResponsibilitiesOnboard and shadow SY25–26 programmingObserve programming and prepare for late June instructionLead instruction (in-person)Lead student support and instruction (virtual)Prepare for instruction and lead instruction (in-person)Lead Instruction (primarily virtual) inclusive of 2–3 one-hour class sessions per weekLead student support and 1:1 student check-ins (virtual)Grade student workAttend end of semester presentations (in-person)SkillsExceptional classroom instructor in both in-person and virtual settingsExperience in student support for high school-aged student populationExperience teaching content related to career-readiness and/or professional skills development for 16–18 year old students in urban, lower-income communitiesExperience maintaining strong partnerships; experience with a diverse stakeholders across sectors (education, corporate, and/or healthcare) is a plusFamiliarity with Canvas or other LMS platforms, Zoom, Google Drive, and other remote collaboration toolsCompany OverviewArray Education is a non-profit organization offering teaching and learning projects, and financial and education administration solutions.
