Instructional Content Writer – Sales Training Platform
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time Contractor (Approx. 3 months, 40 hours/week)

We’re looking for an Instructional Content Writer to help bring this platform to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping how sales and support teams learn about products, processes, and best practices—making a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
• Write clear, effective training content based on existing outlines and course summaries.
• Translate technical and sales-related information into easy-to-understand learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and fill in knowledge gaps.
• Align your writing with the platform’s tone, structure, and learning goals.
• Edit and revise content for clarity, grammar, and instructional value.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience writing instructional, technical, or sales enablement content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and usability.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for a wide range of learners.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design basics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
