NOTE: This position is 100% Remote / Work from Home. JOB DESCRIPTION: Analyze training needs and develop solutions by identifying training requirements and creating tailored solutions to meet those needs.Develop both asynchronous and synchronous instructional materials suitable for immersive and distributed learning environments.Perform detailed development, testing, and maintenance of course materials or courseware.Work with instructors, SMEs, and multimedia developers to design, develop, and evaluate distributed learning solutions, including storyboards and scenario-based instruction.Advise customers on innovative training solutions and curriculum development to enhance learning effectiveness.Monitor project progress, assess and manage risks, report on KPIs, and maintain documentation, while serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Level I: Bachelor's and three (3)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.ORLevel II: Bachelor's and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.Experience with curriculum design/development and learning solutions.Experience using instructional design models such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) OR Successive Approximation Model (SAM).Knowledge and understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy.Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing learner/customer feedback. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret within 60 days of hire with ability to obtain a full Secret Clearance.Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000.
