Job Responsibilities:
· Create training agendas, course plans, and curricula aligned with FBI goals.
· Coordinate with the FBI Training Division to prevent redundancy.
· Evaluate and recommend new IT-based training solutions.
· Support execution and facilitation of training events.
· Provide analysis on online training accounts/platforms and support user administration.
· Create digital marketing materials for AU programs and services.
Required skills and experience
· Top Secret clearance required
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Extensive experience (7–10+ years) using ADDIE instructional design methodology; developing instructor-led, online, and blended learning content.
· Certifications not required but desired:
o CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, or Certified Professional in Talent Development
o Familiarity with SCORM, Section 508 compliance
o LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard) may be valuable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
