How You’ll Make an Impact • Design and develop presentations, e‑learning modules, videos, and supporting materials. • Create storyboards, scripts, and interactive activities aligned with learning objectives. • Write clear, concise content that simplifies complex concepts. • Integrate visuals, animations, and interactive elements to boost engagement. • Ensure accessibility standards and user-friendly digital experiences. • Review and edit materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Refine training materials based on SME and learner feedback. • Explore new tools and trends to continually enhance learning impact. Your Background • Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development. • Proficiency with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator). • Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. • Skilled communicator and collaborative partner. • Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), LMS experience, SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge.
