Applicants with experience in graphic design and animation are strongly preferred. • Plan and manage instructional design projects and initiatives • Develop instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, Camtasia, and Adobe Illustrator • Utilize a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content • Create curriculum by quickly and efficiently processing large volumes of information and collaborating with stakeholders to conduct research on the subject matter • Create and maintain LMS learning activities, set up required training assignments in LMS, and create custom LMS reports • Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project and analyze learning needs to assist in establishing learning objectives with stakeholders • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses to ensure the desired outcomes are achieved • Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to created courses • Design communications, newsletters, and flyers related to training and department communications • Create engaging and interactive learning modules, animations, and videos to promote learning and development Desired Qualifications • Ability to adapt to fluctuating workflow • Ability to compile, organize, and present information clearly and concisely • Experiences in writing course content and developing courses, graphic designs, video, animation, and other technology driven products • Experience creating custom illustrations to convey learning themes • Advanced knowledge of instructional theories, educational psychology, tools, and resources • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills to juggle multiple projects at once • Effective communication skills to interact tactfully and effectively with stakeholders shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com / / 9084874334 Thanks, Shaily Sharma Zillion Technologies Inc.
