Instructional Designer (Articulate 360, SCORM, Vyond, eLearning - Adult Learning)
Job Title: Instructional Designer (Articulate 360, SCORM, Vyond, eLearning – Adult Learning) Location: 100% Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Qualification: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in: • Designing and developing self-paced online learning materials for adult learners. • Creating multimedia-rich, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in: • Conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and compliance of eLearning content. Proven experience with: • Using Vyond or similar animation tools to develop engaging video components for training. • Managing and integrating content within Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word. Demonstrated abilities to: • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the Judiciary. • Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines concurrently. • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats. • Accept and incorporate constructive feedback to enhance deliverables. Strong knowledge of: • Adult learning theories, principles, and best practices for developing effective self-paced eLearning content.
