As a Course Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and updating Canvas courses across multiple programs while working closely with Instructional Designers (IDs) to ensure smooth operations. This task-oriented role is perfect for someone who excels at managing repetitive processes and thrives in a team environment.Salary:

Internal Classification: Career Track - Support; Job Level - 3We are currently accepting applications from residents of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, KY, MI, NC, OH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, and WIJob Status: Part time***Job Description:What We're Looking ForA strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (strongly desired, but not required).Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken.Sound decision-making skills and good judgment under pressure.A commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.Evidence of Christian commitment, active church involvement, and willingness to adhere to PLNU’s Community Life Covenant.A proactive attitude and openness to professional development opportunities.What You'll Be DoingCompleting weekly course update tasks in Canvas with precision and on schedule.Verifying Last Date of Attendance (LDA) and communicating this information to Records and Financial Aid.Supporting Institutional Effectiveness by gathering and submitting syllabi for programs managed by IDs each term.Collaborating with Instructional Designers to ensure all course updates are effectively completed.Maintaining positive and professional relationships with customer groups across the university.Communicating updates and context effectively to the assigned Instructional Designer, when necessary.Assisting with additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Experience and strong passion for excellent customer serviceWillingness to participate in professional development for pertinent dutiesBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is strongly desired but not requiredKnowledge of technologyExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and clearly in both written and spoken communicationAbility to make decisions and exhibit sound judgementMust be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards pertaining to highly sensitive dataEvidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement.
