Role Description

This is a remote contract position for an Instagram Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive Instagram marketing strategy to grow audience reach and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating visually appealing and brand-consistent content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement, and collaborating with the podcast team to align content with the show's themes and vision.
Qualifications
• Experience with Social Media Strategy, Instagram Marketing, and Audience Engagement
• Proficiency in Content Creation, including graphic design and writing captions tailored to the platform
• Strong Analytical Skills for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
• Knowledge of Social Media Trends and Algorithms to stay competitive in driving growth and visibility
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in a remote team environment
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics software is a plus
• Passion for mental health, wellness, or podcasts is highly desirable
