Instagram DM Setter – Weekend Work (Remote) Pay: $7/hour + bonuses ️ Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, up to 2 hours each day Location: Remote About the Role We are seeking a motivated Instagram DM Setter to join our team. This role focuses on responding to inbound leads through Instagram direct messages (DMs) using pre-written scripts. Your primary goal is to qualify leads and book them for initial consultation calls with our clients, who are service providers. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, can follow proven systems, and is detail-oriented while bringing positive energy to every interaction. Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound leads via Instagram DMs using scripts provided. Qualify potential leads by uncovering their current situation, goals, and challenges before booking calls. Book consultation calls with our client’s team using the provided scheduling process. Maintain a quality-over-quantity approach, ensuring authentic and helpful interactions. Requirements ️ Fluent in English with excellent grammar and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable following structured scripts while keeping conversations natural. People-oriented – enjoys helping others and creating genuine connections. ️ Able to work independently and manage multiple conversations efficiently. ⚡ Timely and responsive, especially with follow-ups and scheduling. Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays consistently. Must have a reliable internet connection and be comfortable working remotely.
