Job Summary:
The Instacart Delivery Driver will be responsible for picking up groceries from our partner stores and delivering them to customers homes in a timely manner. This is a part-time role with an hourly rate, providing flexible working hours that can fit around your existing commitments.
Responsibilities:
– Safely deliver groceries to customer’s homes/businesses.
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
– Use the Instacart app to manage deliveries and communicate with customers.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues.
– Keep the vehicle clean and in excellent condition.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Ability to lift and carry groceries.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
– Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a delivery role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
