Insight Solutions Consultant (Life Sciences Partnerships)

You’ll lead high-impact engagements that turn real-world data into actionable insights for launch planning, HCP targeting, forecasting, and market coverage. This is a strategic role where you’ll own projects end-to-end, leveraging Diaceutics’ multi-modal DXRX platform and interactive dashboards to deliver clear, compelling recommendations. What You’ll Do • Lead Strategic Engagements: Drive discovery, scoping, methodology, and delivery aligned to commercial objectives. • Launch Planning & Execution: Partner with brand and field teams on oncology population design, go-to-market strategies, and performance tracking. • Applied RWD Analytics: Analyze U.S. claims (and where appropriate EHR, diagnostic, pharmacy data) to size opportunities, segment HCPs, and assess market coverage. • Simplify Complexity: Translate data into decision-ready narratives and dashboards. • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, bringing customer insights back to internal teams. • Travel: Occasional U.S. and international travel to meet client needs. What We’re Looking For • Pharma Consulting Expertise: Proven success supporting commercial teams in a vendor/consulting capacity. • Launch Planning Experience: Pre-launch, launch, and post-launch decision-making. • Oncology Knowledge: Strong understanding of biomarker testing and specialty distribution. • Real-World Data Analytics: Hands-on experience with U.S. claims (required); EHR and diagnostic data preferred. • Storytelling & Dashboards: Skilled in BI tools and translating analytics into actionable insights. • Location: Must be based in Eastern Time Zone. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, informatics, epidemiology, statistics, or related field (advanced degree a plus). • 7–10 years recent experience with U.S. claims data; oncology strongly preferred. • Familiarity with SQL/R/Python a plus Life at Diaceutics Culture is a powerful driver of Diaceutics’ success and growth.
