Insight Global REMOTE QA Lead (EST/CST) in Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description An employer is looking for a QA Lead for a remote, contract opportunity. The client is an enterprise grocery store chain, and the QA Lead will be supporting a large IIB/ACE modernization migration project. Testing of the project will be done by a third party team, so in order to uphold the standards set across the client’s own QA COE, this QA Lead will represent the client: ensuring the team is following client processes and best practices. This person will not only serve as the Lead, but will jump in when needed, and therefore must have hands-on experience. The team is both offshore and onshore, and the Lead should have experience supporting both, and also therefore should be able to work Eastern Standard hours. It is a 6 month contract with possible extensions. Skills and Requirements 7+ years’ overall experience with at least 3+ as a QA Lead Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams 3-5+ years’ experience utilizing Karate frameworks for API test automation 3+ years’ managing test environments Experience with JavaScript Experience with Kafka and MQs Experience with CICD and setting up pipelines on GitHub Strong communication skills; proven ability to lead SQL — understanding of simple joins, queries null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
