Inside Support Specialist (Remote - Texas & Surrounding States)

Why Join Our Team: • Weekly pay • Medical, Prescription, Dental & Vision Insurance • Disability & Term Life Insurance • Matching 401(k) • Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO) What You’ll Do: Sales & Customer Engagement • Drive sales by proactively reaching out to leads and existing customers • Update proposals as needed to meet customers needs • Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers by addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions with ongoing support CRM & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions daily • Generate and analyze reports using Excel and other Microsoft tools • Pull Reports daily and outbound on open quotes • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement Product Knowledge & Consultation • Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends • Educate customers on product benefits and help guide their decisions • Customer Relationship Management: • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner and escalate to the appropriate department as needed. • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy of options • Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve customer experience Collaboration & Coordination • Work with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment • Coordinate with leadership to align on goals and promotions • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements What You’ll Need • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related role in trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote (serving Texas & surrounding states) Compensation: $41,600/year + 3% commission Apply tot his job
