Position Summary:
The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain organized records in a CRM system. You'll also assist in gathering important client information and providing solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make and receive 50+ calls daily to engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
? Gather, update, and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
? Follow up on sales leads and provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
? Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate inquiries as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Support the sales team by providing information, assisting with quotes, and tracking client communications.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions and service delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
? High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience with customer service or inside sales preferred.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
