Overview of Our Sales Role:
• High volume outbound calls throughout the day
• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients, providing a clear presentation of the Company’s services and how we could resolve their tax issues.
• Work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
• Establish strong working relationships.
• Successfully close deals and meet/exceed expectations.
Our Inside Sales Teams are provided with exclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements, they receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling. We DO NOT buy leads from lead providers or third parties.
• Base ($16.00/hour) Uncapped Commission
• Yearly range: $80k- $150k /year
• Inbound Quality Calls via In-House Marketing
• ALL warm leads, NO COLD CALLING!
What skills you will bring:
• Recent sales experience: Inside Sales/Outbound Phone Sales (no tax experience required)
• Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Superior Time Management
• Ability to follow a script.
