Inside Sales Support
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between AvevoRx and physicians' offices.Effectively communicate with patients to explain the home infusion process, insurance coverage, and answer any questions.Learn and follow internal processes to guide referrals smoothly from start to finish.Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and inquiries to meet service and patient care standards.Collaborate with account managers to address any outstanding issues or complete additional tasks related to account management.Actively participate in maintaining strong customer relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams, including billing, nursing, and pharmacy, to ensure seamless delivery of services.Assist in resolving reimbursement and insurance issues in coordination with internal departments.Provide ongoing education to customers about AvevoRx services, product offerings, and best practices for home infusion.Track and report sales activity, referral progress, and service performance to management.Attend training sessions to stay current on AvevoRx's products, services, and industry trends.Other duties as assigned.
