Inside Sales Representative — B2B
Job Description:
• Telephone and written contact with hotels (B2B)
• Identification and outreach to relevant decision-makers (e.g., executive management, hotel management, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management)
• Qualification of contacts and scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives
• Needs assessment related to CRM, digitalization and guest processes in hotels
• Preparation of appointments, including a short briefing for the field sales team
• Maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with the field sales and sales teams
Requirements:
• Professional experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., front desk, sales, reservations, F&B, executive assistant or similar)
• Initial experience or exposure to B2B sales, inside sales, telesales or appointment setting
• Strong understanding of hotel internal processes and decision-making structures
• Confident, friendly telephone manner and the ability to engage and influence decision-makers
• Independent, structured work style — well suited for working from home
• Very good German skills, spoken and written; English is a plus
