Title: Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales) III

Location: 100% Remote

Contract: 5 months of contract possible extension

Payrate: $23/hr - $24.86/hr.

Training: 4 weeks

Schedule: Training will be 8 - 5pm PT regardless of where the candidate sits.

Hours of Operations: 8-hour shift which will fall between 9am – 9pm EST – MUST be able to work any scheduled shift provided between the hours of Operations – regardless of where the candidate sits

These role will typically have the later Shift from 12pm - 9pm PT – regardless where the candidate sits

As a Senior Digital Sales Consultant, Inbound, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and safeguarding revenue for our customers. Your role is to deeply engage with customers, understanding their business owners' needs and demonstrating how our core capabilities align with their objectives. Leveraging your expertise, you'll recommend the optimal solution stack to propel their businesses forward. Collaboration with support partners and resources will be essential in achieving your business objectives and meeting customer needs, contributing to our mission of disrupting the small business mid-market segment.

Responsibilities
• Exemplify values and foster an inclusive environment conducive to collaboration and innovation
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing customers' businesses, providing strategic recommendations
• Articulate value propositions within the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem, showcasing our competitive edge against major competitors
• Deliver recommendations with a clear focus on ROI and leveraging tools effectively
• Manage a sales funnel and maintain a sustainable sales cycle to achieve quarterly targets
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to influence the buying process and navigate complex selling processes
• Utilize resources efficiently to manage account territory and close deals at scale
• Measure success through key metrics including quota attainment, close rates, and pipeline velocity.

Qualification:
• Experience with Merchant Service or Payment or SaaS based sales, pipeline management and Discovery Sales conversation is mandatory.
