Inside Sales Representative (3+ years experience, 100% Commission after first 2 months)

If that sounds like you, get ready. This is where your journey starts. Note About Employment Status and Compensation Structure This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is 100 percent commission based once you are fully ramped up. However, we understand that building a strong pipeline takes time. To support your transition, we provide a temporary base pay during your first 2 to 3 months. This base is designed to help you ramp up, learn our systems, build momentum, and begin getting contracts signed. After the ramp-up period, earnings come directly from commissions and bonuses tied to closed deals. This structure gives you full control of your income potential. High performers in this role can earn well into the range listed based on consistent activity and strong sales ability. Responsibilities WHAT WILL YOU DO? A well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed the following standards: • Prospect for seller leads, convert leads to appointments, make offers to purchase, and write up contracts • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging to the Dispositions team • Build relationships throughout the market that can lead to future acquisition opportunities • Identify and contact for sale by owners and expired listings, and maintain consistent follow-up • Negotiate or support negotiations with sellers • Consult with clients and ensure fiduciary service from first contact through contract to close ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Negotiate on behalf of sellers COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS • Sellers: daily • Dispositions Agents: daily • Transaction Coordinator: daily Qualifications • 3 or more years of sales experience • Excellent people skills • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Calm under pressure • Strong computer skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation $120,000 to $180,000 annually Actual earnings depend on performance, as this role is commission based following the initial 2 to 3 month base-pay period.
