About Us: Vero Partners is actively hiring driven, coachable Acquisition Managers to help us acquire off-market properties directly from motivated homeowners and wholesalers. We’re not a brokerage. We’re a private real estate acquisitions firm buying residential and small commercial properties nationwide. We’re building a team of closers who move fast, talk to sellers, and structure win-win deals. What You’ll Be Doing: • Calling homeowners and landlords interested in selling their property • Gathering property details, motivation, pricing, and deal structure • Running strategy calls, handling objections, and negotiating offers • Submitting qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team for purchase or assignment • Following up with sellers and building a steady pipeline of off-market deals Compensation: • Commission-based role with no cap • Paid a percentage of net deal profits (average $650 – $2,000+ per closed deal) • Average first-year earnings: $135,000+ • Bonuses for consistent closers • Monthly residual opportunities for high-volume performers • Weekly payouts (every Friday) We Provide: • 100% of all leads (motivated sellers + active landlords) • Internal dialer, CRM, scripts, and full tech stack • Live daily support, sales training, and team huddles • Deal structuring assistance and closing support • Ongoing coaching to sharpen negotiation skills and close more deals What You Need: • No license or real estate experience required • Clear speaking voice and excellent phone presence • Ability to make 150+ calls/day to homeowners and wholesalers • Minimum 40 hours/week commitment • Confident, self-motivated, and coachable attitude Why Vero Partners: • Work directly with a private acquisitions firm — no middlemen • Speak to real estate sellers and bring real deals to the table • All systems, leads, and training are provided • No ceiling on income, no limits on growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $93,363.55 - $135,577.62 per year Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
