We're Looking For: Hungry ethical Inside Sales Agents that want to earn a very generous income while truly helping people. What you need to know before applying : • This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone A LOT. • You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic. • WARM LEADS -no cold calling or door knocking. • If you have done tax relief, debt settlement, solar, auto sales you would do well here. A consistent sales rep with little or no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experienced sales reps will range from 60K , 100k . Description of Role (Inside Sales): • Conduct inbound and outbound calls • Generate new business opportunities. • Maintain accurate records in your CRM system. • Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently. • Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Contribute to the growth and success of our team. Skills and Requirements: • Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills. • COACHABLE. • Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Training: • We will teach you everything you need to know to become a top producer • multiple weekly calls doing roll plays, live sales call audits, objection handling and communication training.
