What Youll Do:
Drive Success:Represent our cutting-edge packaging solutions with professionalism and expertise, forging strong relationships and managing your own sales territory.
Grow and Innovate:Generate profitable sales through engaging, in-person interactions with both new and existing customers.
Tailor Solutions:Assess and address customer needs with bespoke recommendations, while aligning with regional and plant management goals.
Strategize and Execute:Develop and implement Key Account Plans to enhance strategic (high transactional to consultative mix) accounts.
Lead with Knowledge:Use your business acumen to support profitable decision-making, leveraging industry insights and internal financial management.
Create Value:Identify and deliver unique Value Propositions, utilizing our companys strengths and resources to stand out in the market.
Stay Ahead:Continuously evaluate market conditions and competitive landscapes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Be Mobile:Travel frequently to client sites, trade events, and more (50%+ of your time), thriving in diverse environments.

Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
